Jojo lay upside down on his bed, watching his TV. He didn’t pay attention to it, his thoughts were consumed with thoughts of Max. He sighed, why do I keep thinking about her? A loud scream from upstairs made him fall off his bed with a thud.
“Ouch” he mumbled pulling himself off the floor. He got up and walked to his door, he touched the knob and the door flew inward fast and hit him in the head sending him sprawling onto the ground again.
“Jojo!”
He opened his eyes, he saw Max standing over him; but everything was doubled.

Jojo watched Max smile change slowly to a frown as she closed her phone. Then she got up and started to leave. “Max?” He called after her but she didn’t turn around. She just keep on walking, Jojo jumped out of his bed so fast he felt dizzy. “Jojo were are you going?” Ned asked as Jojo ran after Max.
“Max, wait.” Jojo said grabbing her by the arm. He felt his heart pound fast when he touched her and it pounded faster when she looked at him; her eyes cold and distant. Something about her eyes made him stop, pity twisted his heart.
